Key Concepts: Agent, Project, Tasks, Objectives

To use GRUP effectively, it's important to understand its core building blocks. Everything in GRUP is structured around four simple but powerful concepts: Agent Project Tasks Objectives These elements work together to give you full control over how your AI behaves inside your Telegram group

Agent

An Agent is your AI entity that lives and acts inside a Telegram group. It acts like a smart team member that you fully define.

What You Can Customize:

  • Name, bio, and profile picture

  • Tone and personality (e.g., helpful, funny, professional, degenerate)

  • Assigned objectives and behavior

  • Triggers and proactive actions

Key Notes:

  • You can create multiple agents for different groups or roles

  • You can edit or clone agents anytime

  • All agent behavior is visible and testable in real-time

Project

Project is the knowledge base your agent uses to understand your brand, product, or token.

What It Includes:

  • Token description and key info

  • Website and pitch deck links

  • Whitepapers, docs, and FAQs

  • Updates, roadmaps, community rules

Why It Matters:

  • Your agent will only sound smart if it knows your project

  • All agent replies are powered by what you upload here

  • You can update your project knowledge at any time

Tasks

Tasks define what your agent should do proactively or reactively inside the group.

Examples:

  • Start “GM” messages every day at 9am

  • Reply with memes when someone mentions a keyword

  • React to FAQ-style questions with pinned answers

  • Promote an upcoming feature after 5 mentions

Task Types:

  • Time-based (daily, weekly, countdown)

  • Trigger-based (keyword, message pattern)

  • Condition-based (number of users, sentiment, engagement drop)

Tasks are modular, and you can stack multiple tasks on one agent.

Objectives

Objectives define the overall purpose and behavior pattern of your agent.

Example Objectives:

  • Increase engagement in a memecoin group

  • Provide onboarding support in a Telegram mini app

  • Automate FAQ responses for a utility token project

Why Objectives Matter:

  • They guide how your agent prioritizes and performs tasks

  • Help you select or design the right template

  • Make it easy to evaluate performance against goals

How They All Work Together

You define an Agent that is powered by a Project (knowledge), driven by a clear Objective, and operates through defined Tasks.

This modular structure gives you full control while keeping the system simple to manage and iterate.
