Agent Management

The Agent Management panel is where you control the full lifecycle of your AI agents—from creation and configuration to updates, cloning, or removal. Every agent you build operates independently and can be customized for different goals, groups, and tones.

Accessing the Agent Panel

Navigate to the Agents tab in the main dashboard. You'll see a list of all existing agents linked to your account.

For each agent, you can:

  • Open its configuration editor

  • View and change deployment status

  • Duplicate or delete the agent

  • Track performance via analytics

Agent States

Each agent has a status indicator:

  • Draft: The agent setup is incomplete or not yet deployed

  • Live: The agent is actively running in a Telegram group

  • Paused: Temporarily inactive but not deleted

  • Error: There is an issue with the setup or permissions (e.g. removed from group)

Actions You Can Perform

Edit Agent Configuration

Open any agent to modify:

  • Objective

  • Tasks and triggers

  • Personality and tone

  • Linked project knowledge

Changes can be saved and updated live, with no redeployment required.

Duplicate Agent

Use duplication to:

  • Clone an agent for a different group

  • Run A/B tests with minor configuration differences

  • Speed up setup for similar communities

Delete Agent

Remove an agent permanently from your dashboard. This action is irreversible. Deleting an agent also disconnects it from any linked groups.

Agent Filtering and Sorting

To manage agents at scale, use built-in filters:

  • By status (Live, Draft, Paused)

  • By group assignment

  • By use case or agent type (if tagged)

This helps you quickly locate the agent you need to edit or evaluate.

Best Practices

  • Name your agents clearly to reflect their role (e.g. "MiniApp Support Bot", "Memecoin Hype Bot")

  • Keep descriptions up to date for internal clarity

  • Pause inactive agents rather than delete if you plan to reuse them later
