When You Choose a Template

You can select a template during agent creation, after setting your agent’s internal name and linking a project knowledge base.

Important:

• Template selection is a one-time choice per agent

• Once selected, the structure is loaded and editable in the next steps

• You can fully customize everything afterward (tasks, tone, personality, etc.)

What’s Included in a Template

Each template comes with:

• A recommended agent objective (in natural language)

• A set of sample tasks with pre-set triggers

• Suggested personality settings

• A tone suited to the type of community

Templates do not add any project knowledge—you’ll still need to provide your own content.
