Checklist Before Launching an Agent

1. Admin Name Set

• You have given the agent a clear internal name for managing it on the GRUP platform

• The name helps you distinguish it from other agents (especially if managing multiple)

2. Project Knowledge Linked

• Your agent is connected to the correct project knowledge

• All critical documents, token info, links, FAQs, and community content are uploaded

• You have reviewed the knowledge quality (no outdated or vague inputs)

3. Template or Blank Setup Chosen

• You have selected the correct template (if using one), or confirmed you're building from scratch

• Templates are a one-time choice per agent

4. Objective Clearly Defined

• You have written a specific goal in natural language (e.g. "Increase community interaction during token launch week")

• The objective matches the group’s real needs

5. Tasks Configured

• You have added at least one task for the agent to perform

• Trigger types (Group, DeFi, Time, Twitter) are correctly assigned

• You have previewed task descriptions to ensure clarity and expected outcomes

6. Personality and Tone Set

• You have chosen a personality that matches your brand or community culture

• You have fine-tuned the tone using the built-in selector or natural language prompts

7. Agent Summary Reviewed

• You have reviewed all agent settings in the final summary

• You have made any last-minute adjustments

8. Telegram Group Prepared

• You have added the agent bot to your Telegram group

• You have granted the agent admin rights (mandatory for full functionality)

• Group settings allow messages, replies, and media from bots

9. Deployment Activated

• You have toggled the agent to Live in the deployment screen

• You have tested basic behavior via test messages or live chat

Optional Checks

• Use the chat tab to simulate group interactions before going live

• Monitor the analytics dashboard after launch to see if the agent behaves as intended

• Ask Grup Copilot to review or optimize your agent setup
