Option 1: Use Grup Copilot (Recommended First Step)

Grup Copilot is your AI assistant built into the dashboard. It can:

  • Walk you through agent setup

  • Troubleshoot agent behavior

  • Suggest improvements based on your configuration

  • Help you rewrite objectives, tasks, or tone

How to Use It:

  1. Go to the Copilot tab

  2. Type a natural question, such as:

    • “Why isn’t my agent replying in the group?”

    • “How do I increase engagement with my Mini App?”

    • “Rewrite my GM task to sound more hype”

  3. Copilot will give instant responses, examples, or direct links to fix the issue

Copilot is the fastest way to get unblocked.

Option 2: Contact GRUP Support

For anything Copilot can’t handle—like platform bugs, billing issues, or advanced use cases—you can contact the GRUP Support Team.

  • From the dashboard: click Help > Contact Support

  • Or email: support@grup.ai

Please include:

  • Your registered email

  • The name of your agent or project

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots or error messages if possible
