Welcome to GRUP AI (“GRUP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, software, products, services, websites, and any associated content or features (collectively, the “Service”). By using GRUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally able to enter into binding contracts
You are not located in a country that is subject to any embargo or sanctions
You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

2. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of GRUP, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Our Service

GRUP provides tools to create and deploy AI agents in Telegram communities for community engagement, moderation, marketing, and support. You retain full responsibility for how your bot is configured, deployed, and interacts with users.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GRUP to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
Spread hate speech, disinformation, or content deemed illegal in any jurisdiction
Circumvent security measures or probe vulnerabilities of the Service
Operate bots for scams, fraud, illegal schemes, or non-consensual surveillance

Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of your access and legal reporting.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to GRUP (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of GRUP AI and its licensors. This includes trademarks, software, design, and data.

Users retain ownership of content and data they upload or generate but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may change pricing at any time, with prior notice to active subscribers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
You fail to pay applicable fees
We are legally required to do so

You may also terminate your use at any time. Upon termination, your access to any deployed AI agents and related data may be removed or suspended.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of GRUP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We comply with:

GDPR (EU/EEA)
CCPA (California, USA)
PDPA (Singapore, Thailand)
Other applicable global data protection laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your own deployment of GRUP (including any end-user data processed by your AI agents) complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GRUP is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
That AI-generated outputs will be accurate, ethical, or safe for any specific use
That any business, token, or project outcomes will result from using our Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRUP AI shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Actions or outputs of any AI agent configured by you

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GRUP AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your breach of these Terms
Any bot or AI agent deployed by your account
